The merger results in growing the combined portfolio for both firms. Currently, Atlantic Property Management Group manages 100 + unfurnished rental properties. IndeBleu Properties manages temporary furnished and serviced apartment.
IndeBleu's management team will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the combined property management business, operating out of Baltimore City. Following the merger, IndeBleu Properties will be the surviving firm. Closing of the merger is anticipated to occur within the next week.
